You get to try it on your own street, not just on a flat showroom floor. If you’re comparing models, we’ll bring more than one. We’ll show you how to switch speed settings, use the controls, and check the turning circle. That way, you know exactly what you’re getting before you decide.

Try In Store

Some people want to feel the difference between a 4mph scooter and an 8mph model before they buy - totally fair. In our stores, you can try before you buy. Our team will walk you through the features, help you adjust the tiller, and explain how road-legal scooters differ from pavement-only ones. We’ll also show you where the batteries are, how to charge them, and what range to realistically expect depending on the terrain. There’s no pressure. Try a few, ask questions, take your time.

Maintenance & Support

The faster the scooter, the more important it is to keep it well maintained. Our optional Lifetime Maintenance Plan covers you for things like servicing, tyre issues, battery testing, and callouts if anything goes wrong. From just £19.99 per month, it’s designed to give you the confidence to go further, knowing that help is there if you need it. Fast mobility scooters aren’t toys - they’re proper bits of kit. So it’s good to know you’ve got proper backup too.

Flexible Payment Options

We know mobility scooters are an investment - especially the high-end models. That’s why we offer flexible ways to pay. You can buy outright, use finance to spread the cost, or go through the Motability Scheme if you qualify. Some customers choose long-term rental instead.
