Most items are delivered within 7 to 10 working days. In-stock smaller items can arrive in as little as 2–3 working days. If you need an item urgently, please call us on 01724 700209 and we'll do our best to help.
For large equipment deliveries (mobility scooters, stairlifts etc.) our team will contact you to arrange a date that suits you. For smaller courier deliveries, you may receive a delivery window to rearrange via the courier's app or tracking link.
For courier deliveries, a card will be left with redelivery or collection options. For white-glove large equipment deliveries, our team will call ahead to confirm you are in before arriving. If you need to rearrange, please contact us as soon as possible.
Yes. Our trained engineers handle the full installation of stairlifts and will show you how to use your equipment safely before they leave. Mobility scooters and powerchairs are also assembled and demonstrated in your home.
