We recommend having your scooter serviced at least once a year to ensure it's running safely and efficiently. To book a service or repair, just contact your nearest Eden Mobility showroom or call our friendly customer service team.

Delivery times at Eden Mobility can vary depending on the product and your location, but most items are delivered within 7 to 10 working days.

For in-stock mobility scooters and smaller items, we aim to dispatch and deliver as quickly as possible, often within a few days. Some larger or made-to-order products may take a little longer, but we'll always keep you updated with accurate delivery times.

If you need your product urgently, give us a call and we’ll do our best to arrange a faster delivery or discuss collection options from your local Eden showroom.

Beds and rise & recliner chairs are classed as soft furnishings. Because of this, they cannot be returned once they have been in your possession for more than 12 hours or kept overnight.
