Due to their nature, riser recliner chairs are classified as soft furnishings. For hygiene and resale reasons, any concerns regarding comfort, suitability, or a return request must be reported within 12 hours of delivery, and the chair must remain unused.
If we are notified within this 12-hour period and the chair has not been used, we may be able to arrange a return and provide a full refund.
Unfortunately, once a chair has been in a customer's possession beyond 12 hours or has been used, we are unable to guarantee a refund, as we cannot verify that the product remains in a condition suitable for resale.
Where possible, we will always try to help. In some cases, an exchange may be offered, subject to assessment and availability. Please note that additional collection, delivery, and/or restocking charges may apply.
The Eden Virgo is delivered within 6–10 working days for £80.

As part of our White Glove Delivery Service, all riser recliner chairs are delivered, assembled, positioned in your room of choice, and fully demonstrated by one of our experienced installers. We'll ensure everything is set up correctly and ready for use before we leave.
